Erzurum'da Alerjik Rinitli Hastalarda Prik Testi Sonuçları*Uslu C.Amaç: Erzurum yöresindeki alerjik rinitli hastalarda alerjenlerin dağılımını saptamak amacıyla prospektif bir çalışma planlandı.
Hastalar ve Yöntemler: Erzurum ve çevresinde alerjik rinit tanısı konmuş 50 hastaya (26 kadın, 24 erkek; ort. yaş 29; dağılım 10-47) prik testi yapıldı.
BuIgular: Prik testi, 36 hastada (%72) pozitif bulundu. Beş hastanın bir alerfene, 29 hastanın birden çok alerjene karşı duyarlı olduğu görüldü. Yirmi bir hastada değişik çimlere, 18 hastada tahıl çeşitlerine, 10 hastada değişik otlara, 10 hastada ev tozu akarlarına, iki hastada ise mantar sporlarına karşı duyarlılık belirlendi.
Sonuç: Erzurum ve çevresinde en etilili alerjenin çimler olduğu belirlendi.
Prick Tests Results in Patients With Allergic Rhinitis in ErzurumUslu C.Objectives: This prospective study Was designed to determine the distribution of allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis in the Erzurum district.
Patients and Methods: Fifty patients. {26 females, 24 males; mean age 29 years; range 10 to 47 years) With clinically diagnosed allergic rhinitis underwent prick tests.
Results: Prick tests yielded positive result in 36 patients (72%). Five patients manifested a positive reaction to one allergen and the rest to multiple allergens. The most common allergens were grass mixture in 21patients,cereals in 18 patients, weed mixtures in 10 patients, house dust mites in 10 patients, and fungal allergens in two patients.
Conclusion:The most common allergen seems to be grass pollens in patients with allergic rhinitis in the Erzurum district.
