Fasial Sinir Schwannoması: Olgu SunumuŞanlı A., Öztürk R., Bozbuğa M., Sarısoy A. B., Ayduran E.Otuz üç yaşındaki kadın hastada sol dış kulak yolunu tamamen kapatan, orta kulak boşluğunu tamamen dolduran, temporal kemiği erode eden, dura, kavernöz sinüs ve karotisi ekspanse etmiş kitle saptandı. Yapılan insizyonel biyopsi sonucu kolesteatom olarak gelen kitle temporal rezeksiyonla eksize edildi. Patoloji sonucu schwannoma olarak bildirildi. On beş aylık takiplerinde nüks saptanmadı.
Schwannoma Of Facial Nerve: A Case ReportŞanlı A., Öztürk R., Bozbuğa M., Sarısoy A. B., Ayduran E.A 33-year-old female presented with an ear mass. The mass was filling the external ear canal and middle ear cavity, eroding the temporal bone and expanding cavernous sinus and internal carotid artery. The incisional biopsy of the mass reported as cholesteatoma. The mass was excised by temporal bone resection having excisional biopsy result as schwannoma. There was no recurrence of the mass during the patient follow up for 15 months.
