Biological Effect Of 4.0 Mhz Radiosurgery On Snoring ManagementMoravei M.Idea: Radiosurgery is a new surgical technique, employing a high frequency /low temperature source of 4.0 MHz radio wave known as the Surgitron Dual Frequency for Surgical applications. Pure Radiowave is transmitted by RF micro-fiber to target tissue . The low heat causes intracellular fluid (plasma) to boil,causing cell content explosion and resulting in cell wall voltalization.This cell explosion produces shattering and space in target tissue ,resulting in decreasing the size (De-bulking) of the target tissue .Debuling is achieved without removal of Organs. In our study ,debulking tissue were confirmed by MRI evaluation . Methods: All snorers were managed by Radiosurgery 4.0 MHz under local Anesthesia , including Soft Palate ,Tonsils ,Posterior 1/3 of Tongue and Turbinates . Result : Only Radiofrequency Surgery at 4.0 MHz can produce De-bulking Specific for Tongue without any complication,so it is the technique compared to others technique. Conclusion: The best technique for Snoring management is 4.0 MHz Radiosurgery . The patented Surgitron Dual Frqeuency Technology generates De-bulking in target tissue ,without extensive thermal injury or Burning and no dely healing .
